View Latest Credits
You can now link your contacts to industry data to show their latest credits, as well as pull in a headshot. This service is powered by data from The Movie Database (TMDb), which also powers services like LetterBoxd.

We’ll automatically pull across their ‘known for’ credits when you link them, but you’ll have the ability to edit these if you like. These ‘selected credits’ will be available across any list they’re a part of!
Export lists as PDF
- Control which fields display on the PDF by using the field visibility selector in the app (button to the left of page numbers in the grid).
- All templates include your company’s logo in the header as well as the project name if the list is project related.
- You might notice some differences in formatting between the app and PDF – this is to ensure all your info fits into a printable format when exporting.

The app experience on mobile browsers has been optimized:

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve been building out the slate page:
- Added team comments & point team to the grid

- You can now sort projects in stage order (rather than alphabetically)

- Now when you apply filters, your filter preferences are saved as you navigate around the app

First Look & Overall Deals
- Store details about first look and overall deals for both companies and individuals.
- Access this feature from the contact or company view pages, or the updated contacts grid.
Availability
- Keep track of availability status for people and talent.
- Add notes about their availability on their contact pages for quick reference, and view it on the new contacts grid or in lists.
In Search Of / Looking For
- Annotate what your contacts are searching for —be it story ideas, scripts, people, or projects.
- Capture this on their contact page, or via the updated contacts grid.
Addresses
- Store multiple addresses for companies and contacts, made faster with Google Places autocomplete.
Improved Contacts Grid
- The revamped grid now includes new fields and offers a flippable card to quickly view contact information.
- Customize your grid view by selecting the columns icon in the top right. Your preferences will be saved.

V2.0 Updates (Jul. 2023)
Superpowered search
We’ve upgraded the search engine that powers the app, which will help you quickly find the person, company, submission, project or task you’re looking for. For instance, you can now search by person in the submissions grid and the app will show you any submissions that person submitted or is attached to. The new search engine now powers all the quick add boxes too! We also changed the way search works, so you will need to hit ‘enter once you’ve entered your search phrase.
Multiple slates
You can now manage your projects by adding them to different slates. To add a project to a slate, simply click ‘edit project’ from the project view page, and choose the slate from the dropdown list on the edit project page. You can also create new slates from there. We’ve created slates for your company and added your existing projects to them.
Streamlined quick add fields
We tidied up the user interface when you’re quickly adding people, companies and projects to your app. When you’re adding a person, you now also have the option to select or create their company too – and adding their role is now optional. If you do want to record their role when you’re creating them though, just click on the switch to display that field.

V1.0 Updates (May. 2023)
Lists
You can now create lists of people, companies and submissions. Make a list of subs for your next weekend read meeting, a list of casting ideas for your lead character, or a list of potential co-pro partners! You can add items to a list from a grid, or via the new Lists tab.
Attach multiple people quickly
It’s now faster to attach people to submissions and projects. We’ve added the ability to add more than one person at once – and if you select more than one role, each role will be added for each person.
UI enhancements
We’re continually working to improve the user experience in the app. This release, we’ve improved the buttons, added loading indicators and improved the layouts on pages and grids throughout the app.
